The software, based on applications from Pivotal Corp., handles supplier data and contracts. The project has made operations more efficient by providing one point of entry for data such as details on customer and supplier accounts. The company eliminated the need to purchase, deploy and integrate separate supplier and contract management systems. It also shed the labor costs needed to maintain customer and supplier data in multiple systems.

Benefits: Business processes became more efficient with one point of entry for all supplier and customer data.
