"Business Survival Week"

Baton Rouge Entrepreneurship Week, a stimulating business event hosted by Nexus Louisiana, embraces the theme of ‘stayin’ alive,’ this year. Running from May 7-9 at the renovated Mid City Tower, it aims to inspire survival strategies for businesses in this uncertain economic climate.

The event gathers a diverse group of entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and potential investors to share knowledge and network. Besides showcasing groundbreaking business ideas, the week-long initiative promises attendees beneficial business strategies, vital insights, and exciting opportunities.

Na’Tisha Natt, Nexus Louisiana’s Director for Community Engagement and Marketing, emphasizes the ultimate goal of the event is fostering a productive environment that encourages learning, collaboration, and growth among participants.

An impressive line-up of experts, including Anna Dearman Kornick, Jordan Basham, Maameefua Koomson, Patti Dobrowolski, and the CEO of DisruptREADY will guide the single-session convention. The convention will explore topics such as time management, strategic analysis, and business growth, offering practical solutions and tools.

The culmination of the three-day event is a competition where three Louisiana businesses vie for a $100,000 investment prize.
