You can’t control how others perceive you or react to your actions.
So I made a decision. I decided to stop trying to make everyone else happy and focus on making myself happy instead.
Not in a selfish way, but in a way that aligns with my own values and integrity.
It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s made a huge difference in my life.

This habit puts our happiness and peace of mind in the hands of others, which is definitely out of our control.
We might start to worry about whether we’re doing enough, or if people will approve of our actions.
However, we can’t control how others perceive us or how they react to what we do.
The only person we truly need validation from is ourselves.
So, stop relying on others to validate your worth.
Instead, believe in yourself, trust your abilities, and take pride in your accomplishments.
You’ll find that you’ll worry less and enjoy life more when you’re not constantly seeking approval from others.
5) Neglecting self-care
In our busy lives, it’s all too easy to prioritize everything else over our own well-being.
We tend to push ourselves to the limit, often neglecting our physical and mental health.
However, when we’re not taking care of ourselves, we’re more prone to stress and anxiety.
We might start worrying about things that wouldn’t bother us if we were in a healthier state of mind.
Self-care, however, helps us maintain a healthy lifestyle and it involves seting boundaries and taking time to relax and recharge.
So, make self-care a priority:
