Prodapt, a Chennai-based consulting and engineering services provider for the telecom industry, has finished the first phase of expanding its operations center in Panama. The center will house experts working with the largest Communications Service Providers (CSPs) in the Americas. The company is hiring experts in cloud computing, AI-powered customer service, process optimization, and technical support.
Panama was chosen for its multi-lingual skills, digital engineering talent, and favorable business environment. The expanded center was opened by Pabitra Margherita, India’s Minister of State for External Affairs and Textiles, and Sumit Seth, India’s Ambassador to Panama.
