1. Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook.com  Who else? The wonderboy of Social Media now has more than 643,000 "likes"—and counting—on his fan page.

They include the subject of an Oscar-nominated film, a would-be professional comedian and a man who never earned his high school diploma. Despite their diverse backgrounds, these individuals  share two characteristics in common: They're worth millions, and they often obtained staggering amounts of wealth before they turned 30. They are the 10 "most important" executives in social media, as presented by PeekYou.biz, a people-search site. PeekYou compiled the list by taking into account the following factors: blogging activity, social network participation, number of friends/followers/readers, amount of Web content created and overall news prominence. The No.1 selection comes as no surprise. (Hint: He's the one depicted in that Oscar-nominated flick, 2010's The Social Network, and was played by actor Jesse Eisenberg. He even made an appearance on Saturday Night Live with Eisenberg after the movie's release to demonstrate that he had a good sense of humor about it.)
