The accompanying ratings are compiled from employee feedback, and Glassdoor also included direct comments from these companies' workers for insightful insider perspectives. The feedback reveals that these organizations rank high not only because of the great perks, but also because they offer terrific career growth opportunities. The overall top 25 list was compiled from feedback involving an estimated 500,000 employees.
