If you're looking for a technology category that's experiencing job growth in the double-digits (and, in one case, a triple-digit), you have a number of options from which to choose, according to recent research from Dice, an online jobs and career community for technology professionals. That means there are ample opportunities for skilled IT workers to improve their employment stability, earnings and overall professional status. Much of the demand is a response to the surge of interest in cloud computing and big data analytics, as well as the growing number of malware attacks and network breaches that have plagued so many organizations recently. "With an unemployment rate of less than three percent [in the IT profession], just about everyone in technology today is popular with hiring managers and recruiters," writes Dice president Shravan Goli, in an analysis of the recent job numbers. "That said, professionals in big data, mobile, cloud computing and security take being favored to entirely new levels." (Check out Goli's Baseline blog.) The following is a breakdown of the IT job categories that are seeing the biggest growth in Dice postings.
