Baseline Goals

  • Create an outsourced technology infrastructure that can be installed within 12 months; supported by 5 to 6 full-time staff.
  • Shore up sales, which fell 3.2 % in past year, and return to healthy growth rates of 3% or better.
  • Port 1,457 North American shipping addresses to the new system by April 1.
