Sept. 28, 10 a.m. ET: Hewlett-Packard CEO Mark Hurd is scheduled to testify before the U.S. House of Representatives’ Energy and Commerce subcommittee on oversight and investigations, regarding the recent disclosure that HP spied on several journalists in an attempt to uncover which of the company’s board members was leaking sensitive information.
