It's important to realize that you and your organization are judged by the quality of your character. In the new book "The Power of Reputation: Strengthen the Asset That Will Make or Break Your Career" (Amacom/Available in April), author Chris Komisarjevsky contends that a workplace reputation should be treated as an asset with tangible value. And it's not a matter of simply playing nice, he cautions.
