The IT community is smaller than you think and people talk. When you fail to answer questions from potential recruits, forget to follow up when they don’t get the job or fail to expedite reimbursement for interview travel, word gets around. Treating ALL recruits with respect is not just good for manners’ sake. It’s good for business.
