Jeffrey Bruckner
Senior Vice President, Framework and Knowledge Architecture

Mr. Bruckner is responsible for knowledge and framework architecture atBTM Corporation. In this position, he focuses on continuous developmentof the BTM Management Framework and related research into commercialized products such as BTM Fusion 360(tm) and BTM Works 360(tm), as well as its incorporation into solutions including Business Agility, Sustained Innovation, and others. BTM Corporation innovates new business models, enhances financial performance, and improves operational efficiency at leading global corporations, government agencies, and social businesses by converging business and technology with its unique products and intellectual property (IP).

Mr. Bruckner has more than 30 years of experience spanning managementconsulting, methodology research and development, process and decisionmodeling, technology operations, outsourcing development, softwareengineering and human capital management.

Mr. Bruckner holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics fromHarvard College.

Faisal Hoque is an entrepreneur, author and thought leader. Through his commitment to creating the business-technology convergence space, Hoque conceived and developed Business Technology Management (BTM) to help organizations transform into ?whole-brained enterprises.? He is the author of The Alignment Effect, Winning the 3-Legged Race, Six Billion Minds, and Sustained Innovation, among other publications.

Hoque founded two other award-winning companies prior to the BTM Corporation and is an early pioneer of reusable software application components. In 1994, General Electric recruited him to launch a comprehensive B2B electronic commerce spin-off.


Diana L. Mirakaj
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Development

Diana Mirakaj is responsible for global marketing and corporate development at BTM Corporation. In this position, she focuses on corporate messaging, branding, and creation of an integrated corporate development strategy through numerous partnerships and alliances.

As program director for the BTM Institute, Mirakaj manages various research projects, grant programs for Ph.D. students, and the production of a monthly management journal focused on converging the management of business and technology.


Dr. V. Sambamurthy
Eli Broad Professor of IT and Executive Director,
Center for Leadership of the Digital Economy
Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, Michigan State University

V. Sambamurthy, PhD, is the Eli Broad professor of Information Technology and the executive director of the Center for Leadership of the Digital Enterprise at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He has previously served on the faculties of the business schools at the University of Maryland and the Florida State University.

Sambamurthy has expertise in how firms leverage information technologies in their business strategies, products, services and organizational processes. He has researched issues related to the impacts of CIO and top management team characteristics on firms? success with IT assimilation, the impacts of institutional forces on organizational IT assimilation, and the capabilities and factors associated with strategic leverage of IT.

His work has been published in a variety of journals, and he has served on the editorial boards of numerous publications. Sambamurthy is the editor-in-chief of Information Systems Research, a journal for scholarly research on information systems.

Robert Zmud is the Michael F. Price Chair in MIS and George Lynn Cross Research Professor in the Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. His research interests focus on the organizational impacts of information technology and on the management, implementation and diffusion of information technology.

Zmud is a senior editor with Information Systems Research and MISQ Executive, and he currently sits on the editorial boards of Academy of Management Review and Information and Organization.
