How Not to Quit Your Job
Just because you're leaving your job doesn't mean you should torch the organization on your way out the door. How you choose to resign says a lot about your character and will determine whether you have glowing references who will support your career moving forward, or if you'll be remembered as an unstable or irresponsible person. More than 1,300 senior managers in organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada participated in the survey.
